Shipping

Most packages ship same day or next day. Most orders are delivered by UPS within 3-7 Days of ordering. Look in the Shipping box of the item to see the delivery time. Tracking provided by request. We are pleased to ship Worldwide!

Payment

We prefer paypal as it is safe, quick, and easy. Debit and credit cards can be used through paypal too. Let us know if you prefer to pay another way.

Returns

Hassle-free returns of unused items within 60 days for a full refund minus shipping. Used items cannot be returned unless for fulfillment of warranty. Some large items in the catalog have a 15% restocking fee if returned.

Warranty

Items are protected by a manufacturer's warranty for parts and labor. Look under the Specs section for each item to see the warranty length. Generally if something is not working properly Organic Mechanic will refund, repair or replace it, according to your preference and the nature of the situation.
